Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Making selected modifications of the existing stair tower and skyway to improve security in the area. Modifications include a fence with swing gate at the rear of the building to protect existing air conditioning equipment, and automated accordion door at the skyway (open during the day and closed during the off hours), installation of exterior lighting that will provide lighting at 5-10 foot candle on average, and an impact resistant film that will be installed at all existing street level glazing.
