Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The work of this project includes replacing the three existing roof top units (RTUs) for the office portion of the building, replacing the air volume boxes (VAV) throughout the space served by the RTUs, replacing the boilers, installing new duct work, piping, installing new Building Automation System Controls on the new roof top units, and add a washer/dryer area for the police department. The roof structure will need to be reinforced with additional steel bracing welded to the existing joists.
