This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by Civida to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of annual Lawn Maintenance and Snow Removal Services at various Civida-managed residential properties within the City of Edmonton and area, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). Civida-managed properties are split into eight (8) property districts which are subject to change from time to time. The services under this RFP are required annually on a seasonal basis for all property districts. The work required under this RFP has been split into two (2) Service Areas as follows: Service Area 1 (Property Districts A, B, F, G, and H) Service Area 2 (Property Districts C, D, and E) A proponent may submit pricing for more than one Service Area; however, it is Cividas intent to enter into contract with two (2) contractors. Civida will determine the allocation of Service Areas among the top-ranked proponents. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, with an option in favour of Civida to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of up to twelve (12) months each.
