Site work for a civil project in Greenville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Per Addendum 1- Due to unforeseen regulatory permitting issues, the bid opening for the Louisburg Industrial Park Water & Sewer Facilities (MEI Project No. G20067) has been postponed indefinitely. Project is Rebidding as Three bids were not received on August 22, 2023. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Project consists of upgrades to the existing Frog Level Pump Station and replacement of the existing force main The Work will be substantially completed within 240 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 270 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
