General Notice Pleasant Valley Public Water District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 150,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a new 150,000-gallon elevated water storage tank (EWST), along with approximately 230 LF of new 10-inch ductile iron water main, tapping sleeve & valve, hydrant assembly, gravel road access, existing electrical service extension, and other items necessary to incorporate the new EWST into the existing distribution system as specified or as shown on the drawings. Demolition of the existing 100,000- gallon EWST is also included which includes tank removal, foundation removal, and capping of the pipe connection from the tank to the distribution system.
