DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Contractor shall remove a portion and replace the roof of Young Hall building as specified in the plans and specs. Provide abatement of asbestos and lead materials. New roof to be a single-ply membrane installation under existing mechanical equipment. The estimated construction cost is $1,145,700. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. PREQUALIFICATION: To be allowed to submit a bid, Bidders must have the minimum experience set forth in the Prequalification Questionnaire contained in the Bidding Documents and posted on the UCLA Online Planroom website.
