The process for lining this project will be utilizing spray-in-place pipe. This requirement is 100% Full and Open that will result in one firm-fixed-price award. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The estimate period of performance for completion of the awarded contract is 280 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). There will be a site visit planned for this solicitation.
