The existing two City-owned parcels (701 W. Main and 621 W. Main St.) shall be consolidated into one, resulting in a lot approximately 0.6 acres in size. Plans for the project includes an indoor/outdoor event space with accommodations for food trucks, catering, open-air market, and outdoor events such as weddings. Teams with relevant design experience and qualifications are encouraged to submit. Applicants shall provide a well considered qualifications-based proposal for those services to identify the most qualified respondents. Following review of the responses to this RFQ, a short list of architectural and engineering services firms may be invited to participate in interviews with City officials to rank the most qualified respondents.
