Renovation of a parking garage in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
CityHousing Hamilton is replacing the parking garage fans at 350 King Street East, Hamilton The Project scope of Work consists of the following: - Removal of eight (8) parking garage fans, louvres and associated components. - Removal of four (4) intake louvers. Concrete restoration is required at one opening. - Supply and installation of eight (8) new parking garage fans, dampers, louvres and associated components. - Supply and installation of four (4) intake louvres with actuators, dampers and associated components. - Existing CO system is to remain. - Provide all necessary scaffolding in the area wells to perform the Work. CityHousing Hamilton's project reference number is PT23-03 Bidders are advised of the following dates that shall be met: Substantial Performance date shall be December 31, 2023 Project Completion date shall be January 31, 2024.
