The City of Hamilton seeks to retain Successful Proponent(s) for the provision of design, supply and delivery services for play equipment at eight City-owned parks, as detailed in Appendix A. The Successful Proponent shall provide the design, supply, and delivery of new play structures / components / swings / spring toys and other play elements within the CSA safety zone applicable areas as per the Contract drawings. The scope of work under this Contract includes: - Design, supply and delivery of play structure(s) and equipment to the park locations specified in Appendix A. Equipment is to be delivered to each site; alternate arrangements are not permitted. - Design renderings, shop drawings, equipment lists, colour selections, samples (if required). - Installation instructions and manuals, complete with layouts, dimensions, footings, stringers, and other as required for the Site Specific General Contractor to complete the installation and meet CSA requirements. - The Successful Proponent will be required to perform interim/final safety inspections on behalf of the City and provide CSA certification upon completion of the installation of equipment. - CSA compliance inspection(s) and certificate to be provided by the Successful Proponent on behalf of the City following installation (by others) to be provided upon completion.
