This request for quotation is to have the entire Hydro infrastructure investigated for deficiencies. CH is asking for a full report for this Request for Quotation. Site location, 2259 Milborough Line Campbellville, On. L0P 1B0. Conservation Halton is seeking written quotations from qualified Electrical Engineering companies to examine each hydro pole, all hardware, and all equipment for deficiencies. The report is to include the cost analysis to upgrade fuse links to composite material and tension sagging hydro lines, adding spreaders where applicable. The hardware to be examined consists of insulators, transformers, terminals, bushings, fuse holders, fuse cutouts, lightning arresters, connectors, high and low voltage lines, and supply points. Each service in buildings is to be inspected for deficiencies and/or upgrades. A full audit will include all service panels, panel connections, and correct sizing of beakers/fuses/conductors. Bidder to supply an itemized list of deficiencies for repair/replacement which can be used to solicit a contractor to initialize work set out in this scope.
