This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of the Blue Mountains (the "Town") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Inspection & Testing Services for Thornbury Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 1A Expansion as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Town proposes to engage a specialized engineering consulting firm (Material Testing Consultant) to provide Material Testing on an as-required basis for the duration of the TWWTP expansion project. The Work in this Contract includes, but is not limited to: Asphalt Inspection and Testing; Concrete Inspection and Testing; and, Soils and Aggregate Inspection and Testing.
