Introduction Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO 1), supporting VA New England Healthcare System (VISN 1), is conducting market research to facilitate a determination of acquisition strategy. The determination of acquisition strategy for this procurement will be based on this market research and information available to the Government from other sources. General Project Description and NAICS The purpose of Project Number 689-22-113, Hybrid Operating Room Design A/E at the VA CT Healthcare System, West Haven Campus, is to procure architectural and engineering design services to design a new Hybrid OR Suite. Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for a detailed synopsis of the project requirements. This procurement for Architect & Engineering services is assigned NAICS 541310 Architectural Services which has an SBA size standard of $12.5 million in average revenue.
