Towson University (TU) is seeking a qualified certified small business to provide all labor, material and equipment to perform on-call interior and exterior brick and masonry repairs and maintenance. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: 8/9/23 @ 4:30 PM DIRECT QUESTIONS TO: Wendy Childs, Procurement Officer Representative, via email: wchilds@towson.edu or by Phone: (410) 704-3486. If the total Bid Price is $100,000.00 or more, each Bidder shall furnish with his bid price a "bid bond" (See Exhibit H) issued by a surety company licensed to issue bonds in the State of Maryland. The bond must be in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the base bid price and shall be in the form specified with the bid documents. Certified checks, cash and other security in that amount are acceptable in lieu of a "bid bond" and shall be submitted with the Bid Price and subject to the same conditions as a bond The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids, award the contract in whole or in part, or to make no award, as its best interests may require
