This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Rising Sun, Maryland. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The RFP will contract an emergency and routine repair contractor for County bridges and structures. The package includes 2 sample projects, that are actual work that will be executed under this project. Additional work (task orders) may be added as necessary to the contract. This contract allows us to purchase and reuse traffic control material between tasks, which will provide substantial savings to the County. The purpose of the RFP is to ensure the contractor is used to conducting the required bridge work in traffic. We have also used the contract in the past to do emergency structural work on County buildings. Work is typically funded out of the Roads Bridge and Viaducts account. The initial contract period will be from July 1, 2023 (or date of execution) to June 30, 2024. At the conclusion of the initial contract period, and at the County's discretion, the contract can be renewed for two (2) year periods at one-year increments by mutual agreement.
