2023 Stream Improvements - Furnace Branch Project. The project consists of clearing and grubbing, riprapping, grading, and landscaping along Furnace Branch. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Certified check or bid bond equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount bid must accompany the proposal. Bids may not be withdrawn within 90 days after the bid opening. A certified check or bid bond is required with the proposal. If after 15 days the Bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages. The Village of Cassville encourages Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBE's), Women's Business Enterprises (WBE's), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's), and Small Businesses in Rural Areas (SBRA's) to submit bids.
