Renovation of a parking garage in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Design plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
As of February 7, 2025, this project is in the design phase. A timeline for construction has not been established and Concord is not going to be involved in it. The scope of work includes an initial assessment of the existing conditions of the HVAC systems at each of the buildings outlined above. Once an assessment has been completed, the consultant shall plan and design for theupgrades outlined in the assessment and provide a construction estimate based on the final construction documents. Bidding services and construction oversight are not included in this scope of this request forqualification/proposal. The existing HVAC Systems at the FDL Bus Storage and Garage buildings are inefficient and outdated and requireupgrades in order to maintain healthy working conditions for the employees. The buildings to be evaluated as part of this project are all located that the FDL Facility (2932 N. 35th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53210) and as follows: - Fond Du Lac Bus Storage Building (A, B, C, D, E) 104 - Fond Du Lac Service/Wash Building 103 - Fond Du Lac Bus Storage Building (F) 103A - Fond Du Lac Maintenance Building 102
