Questions Due Date: Aug 3rd 2023, 4:30 PM CDT Vendor Contract to purchase 3/8 inch Hot Patch Asphalt Material on an as needed basis for a three (3) year period from the date of award. The City of Milwaukee Department of Public Works Street Crews will pick-up the 3/8 inch Hot Patch Asphalt Material at a location within ten (10) miles of 3850 North 35th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53216. Bid Deposit or Bid Bond, if required: None Performance Bond, if required: None Any questions, clarifications, etc. must be directed to the purchasing agent listed on the first (1st) page of this bid at least five (5) business days prior to the bid closing date. Requests received after that time will not be considered.
