CL250 (Blue) c) 24 EA 3",4",6" Gate Valves d) 40 LF Bore & Jack 8" Steel Casing w/3" W.L. and Open Cut e) 800 LF 6"/4" HDPE DR9 Stream Crossing (HDD) f) 8 EA Tie New 3" to Existing 3" and 6" g) 8 EA Tie 6"/4" HDPE to 4"/3" PVC h) 8 EA Blow Offs i) 50 EA Furnish & Install Radio Read Meter Sets j) 50 LF Concrete Encasement k) 300 SY Gravel & Pavement Replacement METHOD OF RECEIVING BIDS: Bids must be submitted in the manner and subject to the conditions set forth herein.METHOD OF AWARD AND RIGHT TO REJECT: The Contracts will be awarded by the Owner to the low responsive, responsible, best and qualified Bidder. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities, should it be in the best interest of the Owner . BID WITHDRAWAL: No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of (30) thirty calendar days after receipt of bids. Errors and omissions will not be the cause for withdrawal of bid without forfeit of bid bond. Bids may be withdrawn in person prior to the closing time for receipt of bids. FUNDING: This project is being funded by KIA/Federal Clean Water Program (CWP) WAGE RATES: State or Federal wage rates will not apply to this project. BID SECURITY: Bidders shall furnish (with bid) a bid security equal to 5% bid. A bid bond on Kentucky Resident insurance carrier or certified check is acceptable.
