Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside #23-129 and FY24 Crack Seal Project. The BIDS shall be opened in an electronic meeting. Notice for the BID opening shall be sent to everyone on the Plan Holders List prior to the BID opening. Technical questions regarding the bidding documents shall be directed toJay Sandberg, City Engineer, email: jay.sandberg@sgcity.org. The BID includes the following: 175 tons of asphalt crack sealing on various streets in St George, Utah. All BIDDERS who submit a BID are required to be on the Plan Holders List. Addenda will only be provided to the plan holders that are on the Plan Holders List. To be added to the Plan Holders List and obtain bidding documents go to:website. If either of the links do not work, email mary.wahl@sgcity.org. As required by St. George City Code 1-10B-14 a signed certificate of legal work status for the BIDDER must accompany the BID. City of St. George reserves the right to reject any, or all BIDS, or to waive any formality or technicality in any BID, in the interest of the city.
