Demolition and site work for a residential development in Slayton, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Proposal to include labor, equipment, and disposal costs to either remove off site or demolish and dispose of the vacated home and outbuilding located at 2838 Linden Avenue Specifically describe how you propose to either remove or demolish and dispose of the building including the basement. The disposal plan must be pre-approved by Jon Bloemendaal and meet the requirements set forth through MPCA. All work must abide by applicable laws, rules, and guidelines in force at the time of work. All components of the building including the footings and foundation must be removed and properly disposed. Damage to adjacent structures is contractors responsibility. If there is no reasonable way to proceed with the demolition without risking an adjacent structure you must receive preauthorization from the County.
