As of September 20, 2023, no bid was awarded. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. Locations and Descriptions: a. Appendix A - Mercer Area Elementary School b. Appendix B - Mercer Area Middle High School 1. Bidders are required to completely inspect school district facilities prior to submitting a proposal in order to determine all requirements associated with the contract. 2. Failure to inspect the facilities and determine all square footage requirements and conditions shall not relieve the successful bidder from the necessity, without additional cost to the School District, of performing any labor or providing any materials and equipment that may be required to carry out the intent of the resulting contract in accordance with specifications. The Mercer Area School District will receive bids for roof repairs for Mercer Area Elementary School & Middle/High School.
