CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/18/2023 4:00 PM The Upper Dublin Township Municipal Authority, 370 Commerce Drive, Fort Washington, Pennsylvania 19034, is securing proposals for Construction Inspection Services for the Fort Washington Cross County Trail & Road Diet - Middle Section Project. This project will include installation of drainage, curb, sidewalk, ADA ramps and multi-use trail along Commerce Drive from Pennsylvania Avenue (SR 2027) to the PA 309 overpass, reconstruction of the road, and modifications to the existing signalized intersection at Pennsylvania Avenue (SR 2027) and Commerce Drive. This project will remove and replace a 260 linear foot precast culvert and headwall for the Bodenstein Channel and clear/stabilize the 1300 linear foot Bodenstein Channel. This project will also incorporate installation of a North Wales Water Authority (NWWA) main and Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority (BCWSA) force main. Installation of Post Construction Stormwater Management Best Management Practices as indicated will be required. Please note, this contract will not require inspection for work items to install the NWWA main or BCWSA force main as they will be inspected independently by their own forces. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, during which time the UDTMA may review the bids and investigate bidder qualifications. Prevailing Wage determinations are in effect for this project as set forth in the Bid Documents.
