Concrete Pavement. Construct Temporary Construction Access Road Over Polly Creek and Temporary Detour Bridge (Truss) Alongside Existing Upstream Crossing As Security a Certified Check or Cashier's Check, Payable to West Feliciana Parish or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and an Acceptable Surety, in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid, Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid Minority Owned Firms, Small Businesses, and/or Section 3 Businesses Are Encouraged to Participate.
