Construction management firms to provide construction support services including, daily/special inspection, contract administration, and managing daily project progress. The project consists of a wide range of disciplines including median replacement, overlay, ARAM, micro-surfacing, electrical, striping, and utility adjustment This work program includes a series of tasks for Construction Phase Services related to the Arterial Street Resurfacing East and West Gonzales Road and Oxnard Boulevard Street Improvement Project. The purpose of this task is to establish and maintain effective project management and communication throughout the project. The CM shall coordinate all work efforts of the Project Team including representatives from the City and shall facilitate regular Project progress meetings and provide regular updates on the Project status and budget. The CM shall become familiar with City processes, procedures, and objectives to provide services and assistance as directed by City staff. The CM shall work under the direction of the City Project Manager, develop and maintain open lines of communications and cooperation between City staff, CM staff, contractors, and the public The City reserves the right to amend the RFP by addendum prior to the final proposal submittal date.
