The City of Oxnard (City) intends to select one Consultant to provide Construction Management and Inspection Professional Services, for a three (3) year term, to facilitate the implementation of the Citys Capital Improvement Program and other municipal programs. The Consultant firms/teams rated as most qualified to provide services will be invited to negotiate a final agreement. As Capital Improvement Projects and municipal programs become funded during the term of the agreement, Task Orders will be issued for the specific project for which the services are being retained, depending on the size and/or technical complexity of the Project, funding availability, and the type of services required. The City is looking for firms to provide expertise in Construction Management & Inspection.
