Renovation of a military facility in Natick, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This notice serves as a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Natick Contracting Division (Army Contracting Command), Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA, for the replacement of overhead doors at varying facilities on the Installation. The project consists of all work required for the installation of eight new (8) overhead doors, and two (2) man doors, as described in the Statement of Work, and in other supporting documentation that is provided. The Government has determined that this acquisition will be - 100% for small business concerns, with a , Firm Fixed Price contract being issued. The Disclosure of is estimated between $100k and $250k for this effort. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS code) is 238290 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $25.0 Million. A site- is scheduled for 16 August 2023 @ 10am EST. All questions pertaining to the site- and solicitation are due by 2pm EST on 30 August 2023.
