The objective of this project is for the Contractor to provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, Quality Control, storage, disposal, and equipment necessary to Replace HVAC Equipment at Building 42, USARIEM, NSSC, Kansas Street, Natick, MA 01760- 5007, in accordance with all Federal, State, and Installation codes and laws, to include preparation of a design as discussed below.
