Site work for a road / highway in Pueblo, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway.
**As of September 27, 2023, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed.** SCOPE OF WORK - The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work as defined in the specifications, general notes and contract documents. The work generally consists of all concrete related activities. Liquidated damages in the amount of $2,200.00 per working day shall be deducted from Contractor's estimate if the work is not completed prior to the expiration of the time limits specified above or of all extensions granted by County. Contract time: 120 days. If required in the Invitation to Bid, each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security, made payable to the County named on the Bid Form, in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid sum, pledging that the Bidder will enter into a contract with the County on the terms stated in his/her Bid and will, if required, furnish bonds as described hereafter. Should the bidder refuse to enter into such Contract or fail to furnish such bonds, if required, the amount of the Bid Security shall be forfeited to the County as liquidated damages, not as a penalty.
