SCOPE OF WORK - Child Support Modifications, 320 W 10th St: Extend one hallway, move one door, and create three interview rooms to comply with new IRS standards on restricted access to the Child Support payments area. Bidders wishing to hand deliver their sealed bid, must call the Pueblo County Purchasing Division at (719) 583-6097 to schedule an appointment prior to delivering their bid. The subject line of the email must read: "Sealed Bid, IFB No. 23-39 - DHS-CS - IRS Compliance Renovation Project" Bids which are received after the time and date stated above will not be considered, and any bid so received after the scheduled closing time and date mentioned above shall be returned to the submitting firm unopened. For electronically submitted bids, the date and time listed in the Outlook Inbox for the above-referenced email address will be the official date and time of when a bid was received.
