The intent of the Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) is to obtain proposals from and the services of qualified Engineering or Architectural firms to produce detailed design, construction drawings, and specifications for the Pickleball Expansion and Restrooms project. This project entails the installation of additional Pickleball Courts at Cameron Brown Park as well as a new restroom facility in the vicinity of the existing Pickleball Courts. The Cameron Brown Park is located at 8628 Farmington Blvd., Germantown, Tennessee 38139. The City of Germantown, Tennessee, located approximately twenty miles east of Downtown Memphis, Tennessee hereinafter referred to as the City, intends to secure a contract for engineering and design services for the expansion of Pickleball Courts and a restroom facility.
