Renovation of a mixed-use development in Germantown, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; restaurant; and 296-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
Renovation of the kitchen at the Pickering Center. Work to include removal of base and upper cabinets and installation of new stainless steel cabinets. Floors to be cleaned, repaired, and match existing. Ceiling shall be repainted, walls and doors are to be cleaned, repaired, and painted. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to accept a Bid containing variations from these specifications if the Bid so merits, and to accept partial Bids. Bids must be submitted on the Bid document that the City issues and it must be signed. Questions Deadline: 5/30/2019 at 4:00pm The City may waive any informalities or minor irregularities. The Board of Mayor and Aldermen is the final authority and shall have the right to reject any single Bid or all Bids submitted.
