Site work for a water / sewer project in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacement of sections of the 100 North and 700 North sewer mains and installation of a new manhole on the 700 North sewer. The selection of the winning bid will be based on the greatest benefit to cost ratio for the City's long-term infrastructure goals. The qualified low responsive bidder will be awarded the contract. The lowest cost alternative may not be selected as other benefits considered in the comparison. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Liquidated Damages will be imposed for every day, Sundays and City observed holidays excluded, that the work proceeds past the completion date, including time to complete the "Punch List" items. During the bidding period, all questions pertaining to the project or bid must be submitted in writing by August 3, 2023 @ 3:00 p.m.
