Renovation of an educational facility in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The primary project scope is replacement of all the Fan Coil Units (FCU's) serving the building at levels 2-5 of the building (total quantity FCU's = 104). The mechanical system at the University Inn comprises FCU's for each room with a single dedicated outside air fan that provides makeup ventilation air for all the building & restroom exhaust. This project does not encompass the HVAC equipment on level 1 or roof (existing Exhaust/Make-upair/ventilation unit replacement). BASE BID WILL BE BUILDING LEVELS 4 & 5.
