Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jenny Lake, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; 90-space sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

REQUIREMENT: NAICS Code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction apply to this procurement with a size standard of $45 million. Estimated Price Range: Approximately $10 -$20 Million The Moose-Wilson Road Phase 2 project will is located on Moose Wilson Road starting at its intersection with Teton Park Road (MP 0.0) and ending at the Laurance S. Rockefeller Preserve (MP 4.8). The work will include the construction of a new alignment, reconstruction of existing roadway, construction of a new 4-way intersection and bicycle transition and final landscape/reclamation efforts, including reclamation of the current roadway alignment to be abandoned. The work will also include the reconstruction of the intersection of Moose Wilson Road and Death Canyon Entrance, reconfiguration of the winter turnaround, relocation of the trailhead and the construction of an 80 to 90 vehicle parking area located at the end of existing pavement (Death Canyon Road MP 0.65). No work is planned between approximately MP 0.8 and the winter turnaround immediately north of the Death Canyon Road (approximately MP 3.0). Technical Questions - All technical questions must be submitted by email wfl.plan.s5pec@dofgov . The primary objective of the proposed contract is to implement the long-term vision and comprehensive management strategies identified within the Moose-Wilson Corridor Final Comprehensive Management Plan/EIS. Phase 2 will complete that vision for the northern portion of the corridor and Death Canyon Road from its entrance to the Death Canyon Trailhead. The estimated period of performance is winter 2023/2024 through summer 2025. Project Location and Type of Work - All project work is located in Grand Teton National Park Teton County, Wyoming. o Moose Wilson Road o Reconstruction (Death Canyon Road to Laurance S. Rockefeller Preserve Entrance) - Work on this section includes grading, drainage, base, paving, and culvert construction. o Realignment (Located near M.P. 0.0 - 0.6) - Work consists of clearing, grading, base, paving and roadway obliteration. o Residence Demolition - work consists demolition and removal of existing structures and infrastructure. o Death Canyon Road o Overlay - Work on this segment consists of patching, milling and paving. o Culvert Replacement - Work consists ofreplacement of existing corrugated metal pipe culvert with larger concrete box culvert. o Death Canyon Trail Head Parking lot - Work consists of grading, base, paving, curb, gutter, and sidewalks. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
