The New York Power Authority is seeking proposals from qualified Developers for the turnkey Design, Construction, and Operation of the Cayuga Watercourse to be developed at Lock CS-1 on the Cayuga-Seneca Canal. The work will consist of advancing the Authority's 30% design package to completion, permitting and constructing all work, and marketing and operating the facilities in accordance with an agreed operations contract. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: Up to 3 Years
