Elbow Creek Bridge crosses Elbow Creek on the K&P Trail about 1.7 km north of the terminus of Ball Road and 3.9 km south of Tichborne, Ontario. Oclean Lane Bridge crosses Fish Creek on Oclean Lane about 2.4 km south of Tichborne, Ontario. Without limiting the generality of the contract, the work comprising the contract consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Elbow Creek: - Remove existing 3-span glue laminated timber bridge, two piers, and salvage abutment foundations. - Drive supplementary steel pipe piles for new abutments. - Construct two simple reinforced concrete abutments. - Install supplied prefabricated unitized steel truss. - Install supplied wood deck floor on truss. - Complete miscellaneous grading and guiderail. Oclean Lane Bridge: - Remove existing steel girders and timber deck. - Remove existing concrete abutments. - Excavate for new abutments. - Construct new reinforced concrete abutments. - Install supplied prefabricated steel girder bridge with steel plate deck. - Complete miscellaneous grading and guiderail. Approximate Quantities: - Concrete in Structure 40 cubic metres - Pile Driving 100 metres - Granular A 280 tonnes Question Deadline: 4:30 p.m. Local Time, Wednesday August 16, 2023 *Award value is unreleased.
