Pre-Bid Meeting: No Online Q&A:No Submit questions to: fcampos@cityofsacramento.org :08/02/2023 Time: 10:00AM The City of Sacramento invites vendors to submit sealed bids to provide and deliver to the Department of Public Works, Transportation Division, Traffic Signs and Markings Section: ALUMINUM STREET NAME SIGN BLANKS o Material shall be 5052 - H38 heat-treated aluminum alloy o Thickness shall be 0.125 inches. o Length of blanks will be called out in the Pricing Schedule o Width will be 9 inches o All corner radius's will be 1/2 inch o No holes are required in the blanks o Blanks will be sheeted on both sides with 3M DG cubed type white reflective material. No substitution is invited or allowed. Prices offered shall remain valid through June 30, 2024. Aluminum Street Name Sign Blanks will be ordered on an as-needed basis. Vendor guarantees delivery within 30 days after receipt of order. All Items are to be supplied F.O.B. Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed. Vendor will bear and pay freight charges at time of shipment and will hold title to goods up until they are received by the City of Sacramento at the shipping destination. Vendor shall be responsible for filing all claims for damaged or lost goods. Shipping Destination will be: Traffic Signs and Markings Section 5730 24th Street, Bldg 10 Sacramento, CA 95822
