Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss is posting SOLICITATION: W911SG23B003 for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract that consists of constructing 8 - 10' X 12' pre-fabricated concrete box culverts with wing walls and aprons. The roadway shall be reconstructed as per plan sheets. Work is located at on Range Road 7 at mile marker 4, approximately 12 miles north of the Main Cantonment, White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico in Dona Ana County. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses under NAICS 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction (Size Standard $45 Million). The of the procurement is estimated to be between $250,000 and $6,000,000.00. The contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to complete this of work. Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, all work shall comply with applicable State, local and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions. All work under this contract will be performed within the confines of the WSMR Military Installation, at White Sands Missile Range, NM.
