Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wheatland, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Site Directions: 2600 W Mariposa Pkwy, Wheatland, WY 82201. This project consists of a new roof overlay on top of an existing roof, at Wheatland Middle School, for Platte County School District No. 1. The size of the roof is approximately 77,930 square feet in plan view. The existing roof is a standing seam metal roof system. Two roof overlay options are being competitively bid against each other: 1. Option 1 - Polyurethane Foam Roof System 2. Option 2 - Standing Seam Roof System See drawings for complete roof systems and details. Bidders may bid one option or both.
