**As of November 15, 2023, project was awarded to Pavement Maintenance Systems, LLC, awarded amount is $169,876.55** The Project consists of the following: Cold milling poor areas of asphalt and paving Hot-Mixed Asphalt (HMA) in the milled areas, micro-surfacing the pavement, applying new pavement markings to the new asphalt surface and upgrading street name signage if budget allows All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email only to lucas.richardson@spicergroup.com with a copy sent to Project Assistant at anne.bentley@spicergroup.com. All email questions must be received by 5:00 P.M. on Monday, September 25, 2023. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received after 5:00 P.M. on Monday, September 25, 2023, may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
