Reference Number 0000253114 North End Water Pollution Control Centre (NEWPCC) Dewatering Centrifuge Overhaul The Work to be done under the Contract shall be on as-required basis from the City and may consist of overhauling six (6) centrifuge rotating assemblies at the NEWPCC. The Work is described in D2.2, E1.1 and E3 and as directed by the City for the period from the date of the award until August 31, 2025 with the option of five (5) one (1) year extensions. The City may extend the term of this Contract prior to the expiry date by providing written notice to the Contractor within ninety (90) Calendar Days for each year extensions. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Transportation of rotating assemblies from NEWPCC to the Contractor's facility including all fees such as customs fees, paperwork and other required fees. (b) Disassembly, cleaning and inspection of the rotating assembles c/w reports outlining the findings. (c) Repair and refurbishment of the rotating assemblies, replacing all work or damaged parts as approved by the City upon review of the inspection report and Proponent’s recommendations. (d) Assembly, inspection and testing of the refurbished rotating assembly c/w reports.
