The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the Provision of Building Cleaning Services at the following locations, for the period starting October 2, 2023 to September 30, 2024, with the option of four (4) mutually agreed upon one (1) year extensions: 360 McPhillips Street: (a) Control Center Building C - Main Floor, approximately 2164 sq. ft.; (b) Control Center Building C - Second Floor, approximately 2164 sq. ft; 598 Plinguet: (c) Maintenance Building - Main Floor, approximately 2000 sq. ft.; (d) Meter Shop - Main Floor, approximately 1000 sq. ft.; (e) Meter Shop - Second Floor, approximately 1000 sq. ft.; (f) Railway Building - Basement Floor, approximately 1000 sq. ft.; (g) Railway Building - Main Floor, approximately 2000 sq. ft.
