Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Outdoor Classroom at Montrose School Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Bidders must conform to Winnipeg School Division Bonding and Insurance Requirements. The Owner desires that the work under this Contract commence on Monday September 11, 2023 and be fully operational by Friday October 6, 2023. The Director of Buildings for the Division, or the Division Inspector, and the Contractor will agree to a commencement date for the work within one (1) week of award of bid. A program of work will be drawn up and agreed to before commencement of the Contract. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
