Reference Number 0000326349 The City of Grand Junction is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested Contractors for all labor, equipment, and materials required for the Exterior Remodel/Repair/Painting of the Persigo Orchard Mesa Facility and the Desert Hills Station. Contractors are responsible for obtaining all required permitting. The Persigo Orchard Mesa Facility requires removal of miscellaneous items, stucco repair, stucco patching, painting, weatherproofing and small repairs. The Desert Hills Station requires stucco repair, stucco patching and painting.
