Reference Number AB-2023-04882 clean-up of the burnt areas of the Sandy Bay Subdivision that the Sturgeon Lake Complex Wildfire impacted. Greenview may enter into an agreement with the successful proponent for the term of the contract. The term of the contract and the entire project is expected to be completed by October 31, 2023. Greenview reserves the right to, on a regular basis, review the performance of the contractor, and end the contract if performance is deemed unsatisfactory. Greenview is the third-largest rural municipality in the province of Alberta spanning approximately 33,000 square kilometers. Greenview includes the hamlets of Little Smoky, Ridgevalley, DeBolt, Landry Heights, Grovedale, and Grande Cache, with a total population of 9,615 from the 2019 municipal census. Greenview's borders encompass the Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation, seven Cooperatives and Enterprises (Grande Cache Lake Enterprise, Joachim Enterprise, Muskeg Seepee Cooperative, Susa Creek Cooperative, Victor Lake Cooperative, East Wanyandie Flats Cooperative, and West Wanyandie Cooperative) along with the towns of Fox Creek and Valleyview.
