Per the owner, as of August 30, 2024, the design for this project has been completed. The owner states that a start date for construction is unknown and is pending funding. Owner states that they are actively applying for grants and hoping to receive funds in the upcoming year. Owner states that the best scenario is construction starting in early 2026. Information regarding a design team has not been provided by the owner. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............. The City of Fort Bragg is seeking proposals from qualified design processionals interested in contracting with the City of Fort Bragg to prepare plans and specifications for the Fire Station Reconstruction This activity is funded by a Community Development Block Grant from the City of Fort Bragg (City) to meet retrofit needs and seismic standards.. Provide a time schedule for completion of work. Final project plan sets must be delivered to the City by March 1, 2024 The City of Fort Bragg reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Question Deadline 08/11/2023 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. As of August 10, 2023, the due date has been confirmed with the owner.
