Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes construction of a 10' Shared-use Path or Multi-use Trail approximately 1 mile long paralleling the west side of Stony Run Road within the City of Richmond. The Phase II segment will connect initially to the Phase I segment (by others) with an initial crossing of Williamsburg Avenue and progressing up to and across Government Road. At that point, Phase III of the trail will commence and continue to run parallel to Stony Run Road, terminating just shy of the Norfolk-Southern Railroad's property near Jennie Scher Road. From there it will connect via a crossing to the sidewalk along Randall Avenue. Work includes construction of path, concrete curbs, ADA-accessible curb ramps, crosswalks, pavement markings, signs, grading, maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment control, drainage improvements, mobilization, and other associated work items. Bidder certifies that he is properly registered as a licensed contractor under Title 54.1 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended. The number and expiration date is affixed below.
