As of March 13, 2024, a notice of intent to award has been issued, however, it has not been confirmed if the project has been officially awarded at this time. The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the Renovation of restrooms at the Bryan Park Nature Center located at 4308 Hermitage Rd. Richmond, VA 23227 The project will consist of general contracting services that include, but are not limited to Site Work; Select Demolition; Interior Construction, Electrical, Plumbing. The project primarily consists of work associated with renovating an existing restroom building (approximately 810 SF). The work includes selective demolition and alterations to provide for ADA, roof replacement and the installation of updated light fixtures. Renovation work will also the installation of new concrete walkways and the extension of a waterline from the building to an adjacent line complete the work as bid within 260 consecutive calendar days after Notice to Proceed This project HAS NOT been prequalified under the Code of the City of Richmond, Section 21- 46. All interested bidders are encouraged to participate.
