Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in South Elgin, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Project consists of removals, underdrains and storm lines, stormwater management improvements, football/soccer field, playground equipment, playground surfacing, site furnishings, shelter with lighting and outlets, baggo game, concrete paving, asphalt paving and pathway, tennis court and pickleball court striping, chain-link fencing, landscaping, and seeding operations. BID SECURITY A. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of [10] Ten percent of the bid amount in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond made payable to The Village of South Elgin, Parks and Recreation Department. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. 1.4 PREBID MEETING A.
